Deal: this lovely townhouse was a bit of a blank canvas, so we bought some paintings at auction and used them to inspire us. Elizabeth Blackadder’s jewel-like flowers; a French street scene and sweeping landscapes. For the guest bedroom, we mounted and framed a series of vintage wallpaper designs and recoloured Rapture & Wright’s “Cloud Garden” linen from a pink&teal colour-way to cerulean blue/mauve&teal for the curtains.
